Since that time the popularity of the band has grown beyond the Comet lounge\, opening for such national acts as Sam Bush\, Blue Highway\, Del McCoury\, Peter Rowan and Ricky Skaggs. \nThe Sunday night Bluegrass sessions at the Comet are informal and known to draw a diverse\, “listening” audience\, from small children to senior citizens. Ken Hamlett\, the self-proclaimed DILF of comedy stumbled into stand up shortly after giving up his career as a Division 1 college athlete. Being a Division 1 athlete sounds much more impressive than what it was; because somebody’s gotta take last place. His love for crowd work and his energetic storytelling brings audiences into his world of being a dad and ex nerd. \nKen is currently a regular opener for Nimesh Patel (Lucky Lefty Tour & Fast & Loose Tour) and Nate Jackson (I’ll do it myself Tour). Ken Hamlett has starred in “Step Into Standup”\, a PBS Documentary. He is the two-time winner of Western Oregon University’s Last Comic Standing and the winner of the 2018 Western Oregon Comedy Competition. Ken Hamlett has also been featured at comedy Festivals such as Just For Laughs Vancouver\, Out Of Bounds Comedy Festival\, Gilda’s Laugh Fest\, Burbank Comedy Festival\, and more. He is the producer and host of the award winning podcast and nationally traveling show: A Drunken Night Out. \nSteven Baer is an up and coming stand up comedian\, writer\, producer and actor out of Cincinnati\, Ohio. He’s the producer and third mic on the hit podcast Ran So Far w/ Blake and a member of the sketch comedy group BRAP. \nHis comedic stylings have been described as “dry”\, “quick-paced” and “not for everyone”. \nBaer’s work has been seen by millions on the internet\, yet still he’s not satisfied! \nKarinne Turnbow is a comedian and performer from Cincinnati Oh. His wild storytelling (literally the craziest shit you’ll ever hear)\, mixed with his quick witted joke writing ability\, has put Na’im on a short list of up and coming comedians YOU NEED TO SEE before he blows up. \nRob Crews \naka “The Crews”. He was a regular cast member on the cult favorite YouTube series Man in the Box\, starring opposite Cleveland Comedy Legend and Red Lobster regular Mike Polk Jr. He has also appeared on tv shows like Laughs on Fox and Hulu. \nFamily is a priority for Bill\, although his time on the road means a lot to him since 2013 Bill has co-hosted The Alan Cox Show\, an afternoon drive talk show on 100.7 WMMS in Cleveland. He has become a part of a larger family of millions of devoted listeners/viewers on iHeartRadio\, SiriusXM\, Pandora\, Spotify\, Apple Podcasts\, Stitcher. \nHe also co-hosts his wildly popular podcast Cleveland America with friends Tommi LC and OkPants. \nOssia Dwyer is an instantly endearing and overly self aware comic from Cincinnati\, OH by way of Vermont. Ossia has performed with national acts like Aparna Nancherla\, Pete Lee\, and Matteo Lane and has performed at The Pittsburgh Comedy Festival. She recently taped a comedy special that will be released next year. \nJon Holmes is a comic based out of Cincinnati whose personal tales of his hilarious hard knock lifestyle has delighted comics all over the midwest. From colleges to comedy clubs\, bars to showrooms\, he is guaranteed to make you laugh while questioning Jon’s choices in life. \nA Cincinnati ‘kid’ – Christian Grant may appear to be in his late 20’s but he’s actually a vampire. The Aldi’s brand Robert Pattinson has performed regularly at: Go Bananas Comedy Club\, Bombs Away Comedy\, CommonWealth Sanctuary and Don’t Tell Comedy Shows – along with being a selected performer for Flagship Comedy Festival and Crosstown Comedy Festival. \nOutwardly a fancy city boy\, he can’t help but inject his country sensibilities in his jokes and it reminds us all that no matter how charming he is we will make sure to bring a clove of garlic. \nConnor Twele got a 32 on his ACT but never really put the score to use in any practical fashion aside from putting it in bios.
