He has recorded 2 albums\, written a zine\, and filmed a pilot for an Amazon Prime stand up show that has still not aired. You will enjoy him and if not you can spit on his car. \nAll Momma Boronkay wanted was for her three sons to have nice families and secure jobs\, which is exactly what the other two boys did…then there was Bill.  \nTold he’d never make it in television\, Bill Boronkay earned 5 Emmy Awards during his sportscasting and hosting career where his biggest thrills came from making his co workers laugh. When his career stalled\, Bill became a comedian. The journey takes Boronkay across the country and oddly enough\, back into television. DESCRIPTION:The Comet Bluegrass All-Stars (CBAS) assembled in 1996 as the Sunday night house band at The Comet. Since that time the popularity of the band has grown beyond the Comet lounge\, opening for such national acts as Sam Bush\, Blue Highway\, Del McCoury\, Peter Rowan and Ricky Skaggs. \nThe Sunday night Bluegrass sessions at the Comet are informal and known to draw a diverse\, “listening” audience\, from small children to senior citizens. Those attending the shows find each member of the band accomplished singers and multi-instrumentalists in their own right\, with the live combination of these players presenting an even greater sum than its parts\, through amazing musical interplay and high lonesome bluegrass harmony.
